Excellent Location and Friendly Hosts!
amazing location friendly owners great breakfast accommodating hosts
The location is amazing. It's just 200 yards from the south pier and a quick two-minute walk to the pleasure beach. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast I had was AMAZING!!!

The full English breakfast includes plenty of tea and coffee. There were also juices and toast with jam available. Guests can choose yogurts, cereal, and fresh fruit in a lovely decorative area.

The double room was very clean and well maintained. The facilities are excellent, and I was very comfortable. The room came equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

parking issues damp smell
the parking situation wasn't ideal the parking spaces to the rear of the hotel are quite spacious however some guests did not park within the lines this caused some issues it costs £10 per car per day with payment required upfront it felt expensive considering other nearby options also the apartment smelled strongly of damp upon entering this was despite the otherwise clean appearance and i did not find that very cute.

excellent breakfast english breakfast cereal selection extra parking daily fee parking problem
the breakfast was excellent. i appreciated the full english with tea and coffee. there were also yogurts and a cereal selection.
parking cost extra. i paid £10 per car daily from 12pm to 12pm. i don't think this was refundable. i found some guests did not park within lines which caused a problem.

friendly host friendly atmosphere parking cost missing towel
the hosts were super friendly! i loved that they helped with anything we needed. the hotel really had a friendly vibe it was so awesome.
the parking cost ten pounds a day i think. i also didn't see any hand towels in the bathroom. maybe i just missed them!

I secured two single rooms at short notice. The hotel accommodated the request. The rooms were very clean. The staff were helpful throughout my stay.
Parking behind the hotel lacked clear markings , causing some inconvenience with space management.

The hotel sits very close to the beach , approximately 100 metres from the South Pier. This proximity made access to local attractions easy. I also noted the convenient access to a nearby public house.

super clean room varied breakfast cute host
The room was super clean. A really great, varied breakfast was available each morning. The hosts were cute. Free parking was available, a real bonus.
